Health benefits of dairy products and eggs

Eggshells contain approximately 90% calcium carbonate, an essential mineral for strong bones and teeth. After proper disinfection and crushing, they can be consumed in small quantities as a natural dietary supplement. To do this, boil them for about 5 minutes, dry them in the sun or in the oven, and grind them into a fine powder.
